FDC president bags Outstanding Public Scholar Award

In its February 4 issue, page A2, BusinessMirror published the announcement that our president, Prof. Walden Bello, was named the Outstanding Public Scholar awardee by the International Political Economy section of the International Studies Association (ISA). He will receive the award at the group’s annual convention to be held in San Francisc, California from March 26-29, 2008.

Last year, the IPE Outstanding Public Scholar Award was given to Susan George.
